About Our Pet Transport
Hi, I'm Lisa,
I'm your fellow pet lover and founder of ZOOM-eze!
I know how important it is to make sure you can travel around with your pet, for fun and in an emergency.
That's why I have created ZOOM-eze Pet Transportation service.
If you're unable to drive, I'm here to help pet owners like you take your pet anywhere you need to go - we can even provide assistance with Vet visits so your journey can be entirely stress-free.
Even if you can drive, but your busy working life means that you can't take your pet to the Vet, we can do everything for you!
You are welcome to travel with your pet or leave everything to us.
We ensure pet well-being by only transporting pets from the same household at any one time. We do ask that you kindly specify whether you will be travelling with your pet, details of your pet (their breed, age, weight and temperament) and details of the journey (e.g. appointment at the vet (and why) OR trip to the airport etc) in the notes boxes provided. We want you to rest easy even when you're not travelling with your pet, that's why we give you the option to track our vehicle via WhatsApp during your pet's journey. You can do this by simply providing your mobile number to the driver upon arrival and accepting the necessary permissions.

How Your Pets Will Travel With Us
Our service is all about removing stress!
Removing stress for you AND your pet.
We treat every animal with the care and affection that we show our own beloved pets.
One of the biggest benefits of our service is that (in most cases) your pet can comfortably sit on the back seat with or without you.
All pet transportation is designed specifically in accordance with article 57 of the Highway Code and DEFRA standards.
- Cats will be transported using a back seat cage, secured with a seatbelt.
- Small/medium sized pet may be correctly harnessed in the back seat (we will provide the harness).
- Dependent on size, we may be able to transport two pets in the back seat area.
- Large dogs will travel in the boot area.
- Upon request, a large cage can be provided for up two medium dogs to travel in the boot area.
Our driver is an experienced professional who is dedicated to making sure your pet is always safe and always feels comfortable.
Our driver has been DBS checked, fully licensed and insured and Animal First Aid qualified (please note that we provide a transport service to vets and out of hours vets but we will not provide on-call first aid services). We also have all necessary transporter and waste carrier licences. (see our Type 2 Transporter Authorisation by clicking here).
